1. What kind of logos and emblems can I customize?
We customize virtually any logo, emblem, symbol, or visual identity. Each piece is custom-made according to the client's design.
2. What materials are used?
Our pieces are produced with a PVC base, a premium high-gloss epoxy resin finish with a mirror effect, and LED Neon Flex lighting.
3. Is the LED lighting included?
Yes. All of our emblems include rear LED lighting and a corresponding remote control.
4. Can I choose the lighting color?
Yes. The lighting can be customized according to the project and the desired visual effect.
5. What sizes are available?
We produce various dimensions, from more compact pieces to large-scale formats. The size is defined according to the space and the intended project.
6. Which file should I send?
Ideally, you should send the logo in a vector format, such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF. You can also send an image in JPG or PNG for us to evaluate the project.
7. Can I send a logo that is not in vector format?
Yes. Send us the file you have, and we will analyze its quality. If it is necessary to prepare or vectorize the design for production, we will inform you before proceeding.
8. How long does production take?
The current production lead time is approximately 5 to 8 business days after confirmation of the project and its details.
9. Does the piece come ready to install?
Yes. The piece is prepared with the appropriate mounting system and the components necessary for installation.
10. Do you ship outside of Portugal?
Yes. We ship throughout Europe and to other international destinations, with packaging carefully prepared to protect the piece during transport, with insurance included.
11. Can I see the project before it is produced?
Yes. The project details are defined and confirmed before we begin production, ensuring that the result meets your expectations.
12. How can I request a quote?
Simply send us your logo, indicate the desired size, and, if possible, the location where you intend to install the piece. We will analyze the project and get back to you with all the necessary information.
